Transcripts

Ordering transcripts is a 3-step process:

Step 1. Order your transcript(s) here.  You can order either an unofficial transcript or official transcripts.
An unofficial transcript will show as a $0 purchase, you will still receive a receipt.  Unofficial transcript will be emailed to you.
Official transcripts are $5 each and will be sent based on your request form.  The included unofficial transcript will be emailed to you.

Step 2. Submit your transcript request form, linked HERE.  Required for all transcript requests.

Step 3. Email photo of proof of identity to: kestes@srvusd.net (i.e. photo of license, passport or student ID card) and your receipt.

Note:  Please allow 2-3 business days processing time.

In accordance with FERPA law, by placing this order, I consent to the release of my transcript to the email or physical address I have provided.
